How ordering works

You order a miner at the price listed on ASIC Miner Value. The vendor confirms it. You pay the vendor directly. Every step is recorded on your order page, and our team follows up if something stalls.

Browse miners

The 5 steps

  1. Place the order

Choose a listing, the quantity and your shipping address. The price you see is the price you order at. No quote, no negotiation. You can order several units if the listing allows it.

  2. The vendor confirms within 48 hours

The vendor confirms that the miner is in stock, that the listed price is correct, and commits to a dispatch time. This commitment is recorded on your order. If the vendor does not respond within 48 hours, the order expires and you are told. Until the vendor confirms, you can cancel the order yourself, for free.

  3. Pay the vendor directly

Once confirmed, your order page shows the vendor's payment details: bank transfer or crypto. These details were verified by our team. Pay the exact amount, then upload your payment proof (a transaction hash is enough for crypto, a receipt for bank transfers). You have 7 days by default. The vendor checks the proof and confirms the payment.

  4. Shipping, or installation

The vendor ships your miner and adds the carrier and tracking number to your order. For hosted orders, the vendor installs the miner in their datacenter and marks it online.

  5. Confirm receipt and rate the vendor

When the miner arrives, confirm receipt on your order page. Only you can do this; the vendor cannot mark an order as delivered. Then rate the vendor from 1 to 5 stars. The vendor uploads the sale invoice on the order.

Throughout, you have a chat with the vendor inside the order, and a "Report a problem" button from the moment you upload a payment proof.

What ASIC Miner Value does

  • Verifies the vendor's payment details before showing them to you.
  • Keeps a record of every step: confirmation, payment proof, shipping, delivery, messages, reports.
  • Notifies you and the vendor at each step, and reminds both sides before a deadline.
  • Follows up on orders that stall after payment. If the vendor goes quiet, we contact them.
  • Reads every reported problem and steps in when needed.

What ASIC Miner Value does not do

  • We do not sell the miner. The vendor is the seller. The invoice, the warranty and the liability are theirs.
  • We do not hold or receive your money. Your payment goes directly to the vendor.
  • We do not refund. A refund, if any, comes from the vendor. We record it and follow up.
  • We do not ship. Shipping, customs and delivery are between you and the vendor.

Safety

  • Pay only to the payment details shown on your AMV order page. They are the only ones our team verified.
  • AMV will never ask you to pay AMV. We never collect the price of a miner, a deposit or a fee from buyers.
  • Never pay to details received by chat, email, or any other channel. Even if the message looks like it comes from the vendor or from us. If you receive such a request, do not pay, and report it from your order page.
  • If your order page shows no payment details, do not pay. Message the vendor in the order chat and ask them to add verified payment details, or contact us.
  • Keep every discussion in the order chat. Messages are recorded. They are your evidence if something goes wrong.
  • Upload a payment proof right after paying. Without it, the vendor cannot confirm your payment and the order can expire.

Hosted orders

Some vendors host the miner in their own datacenter instead of shipping it. The order follows the same steps, except that shipping is replaced by installation and go-live. The listing shows the electricity price, the uptime and the hosting fees (deposit, setup). Those fees are billed by the hosting provider under a separate hosting contract; they are not part of your AMV order amount.

Buyer FAQ

The vendor named on the listing and on your order page. ASIC Miner Value lists their offer and frames the order, but does not sell the miner. The sale invoice comes from the vendor.

The vendor, directly, using the payment details shown on your order page after the vendor confirms. Bank transfer or crypto. ASIC Miner Value never receives your payment.

The order expires automatically after 48 hours and you receive an email. Nothing was paid, nothing is owed. You can order from another vendor. Vendors who do not respond are followed up by our team.

Use "Report a problem" on your order page. The vendor and our team are notified at once. Keep talking to the vendor in the order chat. Our team reads every report, contacts the vendor, and follows the order until it is resolved. The full record of the order (confirmation, payment proof, tracking, messages) is available to you at all times.

Yes, as long as the vendor has not confirmed the order. After confirmation, you either pay within the payment window or let the order expire. Once you have paid, a cancellation means a refund from the vendor: ask them in the chat and report a problem if you get no answer.

The manufacturer's or vendor's warranty applies, as stated by the vendor. Ask the vendor in the order chat before paying if you need details. ASIC Miner Value does not provide a warranty.

Import duties and VAT are your responsibility as the importer. The checkout shows an estimate based on your country; the actual amount is set by your customs office. The vendor's listing states the shipping cost and the country of dispatch.

You buy the miner and it stays in the vendor's datacenter. You pay the vendor for the miner through your order, then sign a hosting contract with them for electricity and fees. The vendor installs the miner and marks it online on your order page. You can report a problem at any stage.

About this marketplace

This section is published under article D. 111-8 of the French Consumer Code. It explains how listings are ranked, who is allowed to sell here, what the service consists of, what it costs and how payment works.

How listings are ranked

By default, listings are sorted by ROI days (the estimated number of days needed to recover the price of the miner at its current profitability), then by price. You can change the sort order and use the filters (manufacturer, algorithm, coin, condition, hosting, vendor) at any time.

The "Recommended" toggle puts partner vendors with a paid plan first. The plan tier (Bronze, Silver or Gold) influences visibility: paid plans are shown before free listings, and higher tiers are shown before lower ones. A paid plan never changes the price or the data displayed for a listing, only its position.

Who can sell here

Only professional vendors and manufacturers can list miners on ASIC Miner Value. Individuals cannot sell here. Before the "Verified vendor" label is shown, our team checks the vendor's identity (company registration and legal representative) and the payment details the vendor will use for orders. Every listing shows the vendor's legal name and country.

The service and the contracts

ASIC Miner Value provides a price comparison service, a listing service for vendors and the framing of orders: the order page, the record of every step, the notifications and the chat. The sale contract is concluded between you and the vendor. Your relationship with ASIC Miner Value is limited to the use of the service, as described in the terms.

The service is free for buyers. Vendors pay a monthly subscription (Bronze, Silver or Gold plan) and a commission on the product subtotal of each confirmed sale: 3 % on Bronze, 2 % on Silver, 1 % on Gold, shipping excluded. Buyers never pay anything to ASIC Miner Value.

How payment works

You pay the vendor directly, by bank transfer or in cryptocurrency, using the payment details shown on your order page after the vendor confirms. ASIC Miner Value is not involved in the financial transaction: it does not receive, hold or transfer your money, does not issue the sale invoice and does not refund. Crypto payments are irreversible: check the address before sending.

What "Verified vendor" means

It means that our team checked the vendor's identity on documents and that the vendor confirmed their payment details on a given date, shown on the order page.

It does not mean that ASIC Miner Value guarantees the vendor's solvency, the delivery, the quality of the miner or a refund. Read the listing, ask your questions in the order chat, and pay only to the details shown on your order page.

Your rights as a buyer

Your legal rights as a consumer (right of withdrawal, legal guarantee of conformity, mediation) are exercised against the vendor, who is the seller. The vendor's country is shown on every listing: for vendors established outside the European Union, those rights may be harder to enforce. The record of your order (confirmed price, delivery commitment, payment proof, messages) is available to you at all times and can be used as evidence.

Reporting a listing or a vendor

If a listing or a vendor looks illegal, misleading or fraudulent, use the report form. Every report is acknowledged and read by a person. ASIC Miner Value can delist a vendor with documented failures. You can also write to support@asicminervalue.com.
